My job is Professor of Nursing Policy at Middlesex University, London

I'm also joint head of the Health and Social Research Cluster in the School of Health and Social Sciences.

The research I do is around policy issues andon professional identity in nursing and medicine and amonghealthcare support workers. I'm also interested in discourse analysis and recently in Lacanian psychoanalysis.
